Allied Timbers Zimbabwe pays a cash dividend to its Shareholder
Following the company’s positive financial performance, Allied Timbers Zimbabwe paid a cash dividend of ZWL 42 675 016.80 to its shareholder, the Ministry of Environment, Climate, Tourism, and Hospitality Industry.
The cheque was received by the Deputy Minister of Environment, Climate, Tourism, and Hospitality Industry Hon. B Rwodzi during the 18th Annual General Meeting held in Harare yesterday.
The dividend will be paid in 60% USD and 40 % in ZWL.
Cash dividends refer to the cash payments directly made to the shareholders. They are proposed by the Board of Directors and approved by the Shareholders.
