The vehicles are self financed and another fleet of vehicles and machinery also from own resources for Forestry operations are due to arrive in Harare shortly.

Speaking at the handover ceremony, Mr Ndudzo urged ATZ workers to continue working hard in sawmills and sales and marketing to return the company to greater heights. He said noticeable changes in the operations of the company are an indicator of greater things to come as salaries and conditions of service have immensely improved. He said the coming in of self funding purchases shows that there is nothing that will stop the company from steering to greater heights.

ATZ is a 100% Government of Zimbabwe owned and has recently embarked on a self funding operation which has seen the company improving by purchasing haulage trucks, tractors, forklifts and sawmill machinery on forestry operations.
