Allied Timbers donates timber to Nemaramba Primary School
In a bid to assist in providing a conducive learning space, Allied Timbers Zimbabwe (Pvt) Ltd has donated roofing timber to Nemaramba Primary School in Nyanyadzi, Chimanimani. The donation comes at a time when the school is struggling to accommodate pupils in its current classrooms. This has resulted in other pupils attending their lessons outside in the cold weather.
The donation is part of the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility Strategy which seeks to improve communities. The handover ceremony was graced by the Minister of State for Provincial Affairs and Devolution for Manicaland, Hon N Matsikenyere, and other community members.
